Independent community email

Email with a sense of place.

A straightforward email service for Osoyoos—without advertising, inbox profiling or a maze of unnecessary features.

Why it exists

Small by design.

Osoyoos Mail is independently operated for people who want a simple address tied to their community. It does the important things well and leaves the noise out.

01

Your own local address

A clear @osoyoosmail.ca address that is easy to recognize, say aloud and remember.

02

No advertising layer

Your inbox is for correspondence—not targeted ads, sponsored clutter or a feed designed to keep you scrolling.

03

Works where you do

Use webmail in any modern browser, or connect the account to Apple Mail, Android Mail or Microsoft Outlook.

First time here?

From new address to first email.

Your account comes with a temporary password. Sign in through webmail, change that password immediately, and then add the mailbox to your phone if you want it there.

1Sign in with your complete email address.
2Open Settings → Password and replace the temporary password.
3Use the guide to connect your iPhone, Android phone or Outlook.

A safer inbox

Two habits worth keeping.

Most email trouble starts with a convincing message and a rushed click. A little suspicion is healthy.

Check the real sender

A familiar display name proves nothing. Look at the full address before responding to an unexpected request.

Keep your password to yourself

Osoyoos Mail will never ask you to send your password by email, text message or telephone.
